Chosing webhosting providers really hard nowadays. Especially for dedicated servers or virtual private servers. Sometimes when you are on a virtual private server ( VPS ) you websites get slow down because of other people who share your server are consuming too much CPU power. Also most of them gives only 10 Domain names to be hosted under plesk control panel. Some of them are cheap and also gives cheap domain name registration service. All of those makes the chosing right web hosting provider hard.

I live in Turkey, and in turkey they dont support upgrade plans. We guys have to buy it. There is no discounts for that. And we dont have those kind of Free Upgrades And the Ultimate edition is arround 235$
