When you see the name of “VPSLAND” you think, it is the mother land of VPS’s . But dont let them fool you. Their prices are pretty cheap but again dont let those prices fool you !

I have bought a VPS plan from vpsland.com six months ago. Believe me or not every month at least 2 days my server was down.

I was sending mails.. sending support tickets and asking “what is the problem ?”  they just reply me back after one day “we fixed it”. They never tell you the reason. Live support is a lie. You can never find somebody online !

Imagine that, your server went down 1 minute ago, you cant even ping it and you send a support ticket, you start waiting waiting and waiting. After one day you recieve a mail “we fixed it” just for a simple thing all of your websites stayed offline during the whole day.

I learned how to lieve with that problem. even my visitors learned to live with that problem I was being emberessed with my own money !!!

One day my server again went down. I have mailed them and after 2 days later they replied me : “we couldnt fix it, we have told the issue to Plesk company they will check it” i waited 2 more days , still my server is down. After that thet replied me again “Plesk also couldnt solve the problem, there is a hardware problem on your vps node. If you can re-upload your data we can move you to another node”. Yes people ! I have lost all of my data ! And they wanted to cover this loss by supplying me one month free of charge service ! Guys  your service does not cost a dime ! How can you cover my 600 dollared  data with that !

Now i have runaway to godaddy.com and i am happy for now !

Stay away from those guys ! They dont even have a phone number to call ! Mail response time is more than 24hours !

Hey VPSLAND ! Shame on you ! Shame on your servers ! Shame on your service ! Shame on your understanding !
